Michael Brown was never charged with a felony as a juvenile. The Gateway Pundit reported this earlier today, but this also posted this about Brown’s juvenile record:

UPDATE: Charles Johnson, who sued for the release of the records, told The Gateway Pundit that the Post-Dispatch article is inaccurate.
So what now? Was Brown ever charged, but not convicted on a felony charge? I guess we’ll have to wait and see if anything else comes out.
But as of now, Michael Brown was NOT charged with a serious felony.
