Progressivism, or liberalism is an ideology of consistent inconsistency. Daily Gator nailed in their article exposing the hypocrisy of leftists. Liberals are like, stay out of my body, yet they support government run health care. Leftists are for dissidence when a Republican is in the White House, but will smear you or call you racist if you dare bash Obama. Leftists always claim they are for the poor and middle class, yet these same progressive liberals continue to smack regulations and taxes on anything that hurt the poor and middle-class more than those evil ‘rich’ people. Finally, progressive liberals always claim how they are for the American worker. Yet, it’s these same progressive liberal Democrats (along with a few progressive Republicans) who want to import millions of illegal aliens that will absolutely flood the job market, drive wages down, and make it harder to find work over the cheaper illegal labor.

Call it another Liberal Malady, Consistent Inconsistentitis. Liberalism is largely an ideology of convenience. Liberals are pro or anti-war depending on the party affiliation of the president. Tolerance? Sure, as long as it suits their ideological bent. Diversity? Well that depends. Diversity is a tool to bash Republicans for not being “diverse”. But if by diversity you mean Blacks, Homosexuals, or women that are Conservative? OH NO! cannot have that. There are many other examples, and I include the most glaring.
Liberals want sex education because kids need to know risks. Yet, Liberals do not want kids taught about guns, which they claim are a great risk for kids.
Liberals demand that government stay OUT of the bedroom, yet also demand that government pay for birth control and abortions.
Liberals love to say keep your laws off my body, yet also support government-run health care.
Liberals say that dissent is the very definition of patriotism, until Conservatives dissent against Liberal politicians. That is not patriotism, that is treason/extremism/racism/bigotry etc.
Liberals love to champion a right to privacy, unless that means keeping government registrations of all our firearms.
The poor and middle class. Liberals LOVE them, and are always talking of how we must protect them and help them. Liberals also love regulations and taxes that hurt the poor and middle class the most.
Liberals love to talk of safety, and safe neighborhoods, yet seek to ban the most effective tool for self-defense, firearms.
Liberals LOVE to accuse Republicans of RAAAAACISM, yet, it is Liberals who call Black Republicans Uncle Toms, Oreos. traitors to their race, and sell outs.
Liberals invented free speech, just ask them, they will tell you how much they love freedom of speech. Yet it is Liberals who have invented “free speech zones” on college campuses. It is Liberals who concocted the whole PC mindset, and it is Liberals who throw the term hate speech around like it going out of style.
