As we come closer to the midnight deadline in St. Louis, rioters are already starting up in Ferguson. According to lib Huffington Post reporter, he’s been told that many of the young rioters and thugs are under the influence of narcotics and alcohol. Media is gathering, hoping for violence, it’s only 15 minutes until midnight in St. Louis.

Riot cops are already in place, and it’s been raining in St. Louis, thinning some of the crowd.
