We already knew that Obama and Lois Lerner’s IRS targeted conservative, and religious Christian groups. Did you know they also targeted pro-Israel groups too? Z-Street, a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to educating the public about various issues related to Israel and the Middle East. Obama’s IRS subjected Z-Street to more rigorous review procedures than other organizations applying for that same status. Apparently Obama and Lerner’s IRS has a ‘Israel Special Policy’ that targeted the extra scrutiny of Z-Street.
In recent decision, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson of the United States District Court For The District of Columbia has denied IRS motions to dismiss the suit. Judge Jackson was nominated by President Obama in 2012 and confirmed by the Senate in 2013.
