The first installment is from the mid 1980s when Hillary Clinton laughing and talking about defending an individual who raped a 12 year old. The discussion is between Hillary Clinton and someone named Roy Reed. Hillary Clinton even tries out her ‘Southern accent’ in these tapes. Kind of reminds me when she went in from of the NAACP and proclaimed “I ain’t in no ways tired.”
