The McDaniel-Cochran runoff in Mississippi is set for June 24. If Cochran is thinking about getting Democrats to help him over the finish line to beat Cochran, then he is basically sh*t out of luck. According to Mississippi run-off rules, if you voted Democrat in the original, June 3rd primary, then you are NOT eligible to vote in the June 24th run-off. Strangely, there haven’t been any run-off election public polls for McDaniel and Cochran. McDaniel received more votes than the crusty old RINO thad Cochran in the June 3rd primary, but didn’t crack 50% of the total GOP vote, triggering the run-off.
