Leave it to Obama to botch his ‘surprise’ visit to the troops in Afghanistan. The Obama regime ‘mistakenly’ identified the CIA’s top officer in Afghanistan. The name of the CIA official made it to at least 6,000 different media hacks, including foreign media. The officer was labeled as the “Chief of Station” in Kabul, the highest-ranking spy in the country. Of course, was it really ‘mistakenly’ done? After 5+ years of Obama, I wouldn’t be surprised if this went just as he and Valerie Jarrett planned things.

The Washington Post reports that the initial list was provided to the White House press office, which then sent it to reporters traveling with Obama for his surprise visit to Afghanistan before memorial day. The list included 15 senior U.S. officials that took part in a briefing with President Obama at Bagram air base. It was then dispersed to foreign media and other news organizations that were not present.
The list reached over 6,000 recipients before the White House realized its mistake.
Washington Post White House bureau chief Scott Wilson was the first to notice the irregularity. White House senior officials quickly issued an updated list after Wilson reported the error to White House press officials in Afghanistan.
