A magnitude 8.0 Earthquake in Chile near Iquique has just struck. No report yet of damage, injuries or causalities, but with a quake this big, all three are likely. The 8.0 Chile earthquake has resulted in a tsunami warning issued for all Latin American Pacific coast. The largest earthquake ever recorded was also in Chile (it was a 9.5).
