IRS Commissioner John Koskinen is so arrogant that he is daring Congress to hold him in contempt for hiding information and documents about Lois Lerner and the IRS’ illegal targeting of conservative groups. The sad thing is, IRS Commissioner John Koskinen knows that Issa and the rest of the Republicans investigating the IRS scandal are ball-less and probably wouldn’t even hold Lois Lerner in contempt, let alone Koskinen.

The idea that the IRS has been cooperative in the investigation is laughable. Lois Lerner has lied and refused to answer questions from the beginning.
