On the day that MSNBC president Phil Griffin was forced to apologize to Reince Prebius and the GOP for their race hustling in a Cheerios tweet about biracial couples, Alex Wagner was back at it on MSNBC. Wagner, Luke Russert and some Huffington Post hack were again calling the GOP racist. This wasn’t over some tv commercials, this is all over amnesty now.
MSNBC plays the race card again against GOP – so much for their apology |

The same day MSNBC apologized for tweeting offensive remarks about multiracial families, host Alex Wagner called the “heart” of the Republican party racist.
Citing a Buzzfeed article, Wagner laid out an argument for the reason why the GOP has a hard time coalescing around any immigration fixes:
As John Stanton reports according to one southern Republican lawmaker, the reason the party has had such a hard time doing anything on immigration reform is because “it’s racial. if you go to town halls, people say things like ‘these people have a different culture than we do’, and that’s code for race.”
Several minutes later, Wagner referred back to the Buzzfeed assertion as “this argument,” asserting its centrality to the Republican party:
You need to wake the f*ck up ‘Reince.’ MSNBC (along with NBC and their other networks) hates anyone who isn’t a progressive. Do not let any candidates debate or appear on ANY NBC station until heads roll over there.
