Eric Holder and the corrupt DOJ is finally doing something right! They are going to seek the death penalty in the case of Boston Bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Dare I say it, good job Eric holder? I guess a broken clock is right twice a day, so that applies to Eric Holder too.

“After consideration of the relevant facts, the applicable regulations and the submissions made by the defendant’s counsel, I have determined that the United States will seek the death penalty in this matter,” Holder said in a statement. “The nature of the conduct at issue and the resultant harm compel this decision.”
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been charged with 30 counts, including killing four people and using weapons of mass destruction. Nore than 250 people were injured at the Boston Marathon on April 15th of last year by this Muslim terrorists and his now dead brother.
