CNN hack David McKenzie seems to think that America’s first amendment laws apply to him in China, while covering the Xu Zhiyong trial. Too bad for CNN and David McKenzie that they were sorely mistaken. Chinese police ‘roughed up’ McKenzie while he was trying to cover the Zhiyong trial. He kept asserting ‘it’s my right to report here.’ Uhm, sorry Dave but you have no rights in China. It isn’t America over there.
