The Alameda County Sheriff’s Office says a woman jumped from the third deck near section 301 at O.co Coliseum around 4:30 p.m. The section was closed to the public at the time.
A fan that was walking along the concourse about 60-feet below saw it happen and tried to catch her. But he was critically injured when she landed on him.
A sheriff’s spokesperson says the man who tried to catch her “100 percent saved her life.”
The sheriff’s department tells ABC7 News they believe the woman jumped intentionally.
