Meet Politico idiot Todd Purdum. The ‘dum’ at the end of his last name is very fitting. He’s a leftist, Politico is a leftist propaganda rag/online politic sites that licks Obama’s ass every chance they get. Todd Purdum of Politico released an article whining about how the Republicans somehow sabotaged the rollout of ObamaCARE, even though none of them voted for it, and it was never blocked or defunded. Purdum goes on to praise Democrat loon Frank Pallone and whine about the GOP not appropriating another billion dollars in order to ‘help’ with the rollout of ObamaCARE. This is Obama and the Democrat’s baby, Republicans don’t need to allocate extra funds for it. PurDUM and Politico then play the race card, contrasting ObamaCARE’s failure with the Brown v. Board of Education decision in 1954. That was the case in which the Court declared state laws establishing separate public schools for black and white students unconstitutional.
From the moment the bill was introduced, Republican leaders in both houses of Congress announced their intention to kill it. Republican troops pressed this cause all the way to the Supreme Court — which upheld the law, but weakened a key part of it by giving states the option to reject an expansion of Medicaid. The GOP faithful then kept up their crusade past the president’s reelection, in a pattern of “massive resistance” not seen since the Southern states’ defiance of the Supreme Court’s Brown v. Board of Education decision in 1954.
