Yesterday, during CNBC’s Squawk Box, another leftist NBC hack named Steve LIESman had his bigot mask slip off. 10 minutes before the lousy jobs numbers were released, LIESman was calling the September jobs numbers the ‘Ted Cruz’ jobs numbers. Even though the jobs report was from September, and the government shut down was in October, that didn’t stop LIESman and the rest of the CNBC hacks from playing Cruz and the Tea Party for what would be a crappy jobs report. LIESman’s bigotry came out when a picture of Ted Cruz was shown, and LIESman called for ‘Mexican Music’ to be played. Problem for bigoted progressive liberal Democrat hacks like Steve LIESman is that Ted Cruz is Cuban/Irish. Not ‘Mexican.’ Today, LIESman tried to walk back his bigoted remark claiming that ‘if’ he offended anyone he’s sorry or something.

Regarding my recent remark on Squawk Box regarding Senator Ted Cruz, I first want to deeply and sincerely apologize if my remarks were insensitive.
Second, I want to explain that it was not intended to be offensive in any way.
I thought of him only as an American senator from Texas, and in an attempt, on the fly, to choose music representing that state, I chose Mexican music.
As a musician for many decades, I’ve played and listened to tons of Texas songs infused with Mexican themes. A better choice would have been Country/Western or Texas Roadhouse Blues – it was a bad reach all the way around.
So Steve LIESman thinks Mexican music represents Texas now? Why not country music or something? Does he think Mexican Music represents California, Nevada, Arizona and New Mexico now too? Being that Steve LIESman is a leftist, NBC hack, he will get away with his bigotry. Good think he wasn’t a conservative on Fox Business or something. Don’t you just love the left’s double standards?
