So let me see if I get this straight. A former black radical (well still black radical) Eric Holder while in college at Columbia participated in a five-day occupation of an abandoned Naval ROTC headquarters with a group of black students is the current Attorney General of the United States? According to the Daily Caller which broke this story, Holder participation in the ‘occupation’ was described by the university’s Black Students’ Organization as “armed.” According to the Daily Caller article, Holder was one of the leaders of the Student Afro-American Society (SAAS), which demanded that the former ROTC office be renamed the “Malcolm X Lounge.” The change, the group insisted, was to be made “in honor of a man who recognized the importance of territory as a basis for nationhood.”
So basically, the Attorney General of the United States of the America is basically a domestic terrorist like Bill Ayers. Of course, if we didn’t have a state run media, we might have learned about this sooner. Like in 2009.
Eric Holder’s ‘group’ also stood in solidarity with indicted Black Panthers. This makes even more sense why the New Black Panthers got off from their voter intimidation scandal. Remember Eric Holder’s ‘my people’ line? It all makes perfect sense now.
Black radicals from the same group also occupied the office of Dean of Freshman Henry Coleman until their demands were met. Holder has publicly acknowledged being a part of that action.
The details of the student-led occupation, including the claim that the raiders were “armed,” come from a deleted Web page of the Black Students’ Organization (BSO) at Columbia, a successor group to the SAAS. Contemporary newspaper accounts in The Columbia Daily Spectator, did not mention weapons.
In March 1970 the SAAS released a statement supporting twenty-one Black Panthers charged with plotting to blow up department stores, railroad tracks, a police station and the New York Botanical Gardens.
