Paul Ryan is retiring, finally. Little Paulie Munster wants to spend more time with his family, aka his Democrat wife. Ryan, who took over for old drunk John Boehner proved to be equally as useless as Speaker. The only thing accomplished under Ryan’s reign of terror was the tax cuts passed late last year.
